What are 'funds to complete'?

How is stamp duty calculated?
Stamp duty is calculated using the current rates for the state or territory you've selected. Depending on your circumstances, you may also be eligible for concessions or exemptions, such as those available to some first home buyers.
Does this include Lender's Mortgage Insurance (LMI)?
